This will definitely give your taste buds an exciting flavored experience and a meal to remember.

Tamales

Tamale is a traditional Mesoamerican dish made of masa or dough which is steamed in a corn husk or banana leaf. The wrapping is discarded before eating. Tamales can be filled with meat, cheese, fruits, vegetables, chilies or any preparation according to taste, and both the filling and the cooking liquid may be seasoned. Moreover, Tamale is one of the specialties of Mexican women and is even known across the globe due to its fiery and delicious taste.

Chourico and morcela are just a few of the most popular sausage choices. A common side dish served with this recipe is farofa, which is made from toasted manioc flour. With this dish, you can enjoy Caipirinha, Brazil’s national cocktail, which is a mixture of brandy, ice, sugar and lime.

Bandeja Paisa

The main characteristic of this dish is the generous amount and variety of food in a traditional bandeja paisa: red beans cooked with pork, white rice, carne molida (ground meat), chicharrón, fried egg, plantain (plátano maduro), chorizo, arepa, hogao sauce, black pudding(morcilla), avocado and lemon. It is served in a platter or a tray.

Lomo Saltado

The dish is normally prepared by marinating sirloin strips in vinegar, soy sauce and spices, and stir frying these with red onions, parsley, tomatoes, and possibly with other ingredients. The use of both potatoes (which originated in Peru) and rice (which originated in Asia) as starches are typical of the cultural blending that the dish represents. Lomo saltado is prepared by women in Peru, either in ordinary meal times or during special occasions.

Paella

There are actually many variations of this dish such as Valencian paella, vegetable paella, seafood paella and mixed paella. Among the diverse ways of preparing this food, Valencian paella is believed to be the original recipe which consists of white rice, green beans, meat, white beans, snails and seasoning such as saffron and rosemary. However, amidst being prepared in different ways, this dish does not erase the fact that it is surely enticing and delicious that most foreign women and men look forward to on their Latin trip.

The primary ingredients consist of shrimps, garlic and olive oil but still, there are many variations. It's often served in Spain's tapas bars as an appetizer. However, this dish is so popular that it's occasionally offered as an entrée.
